BDTom - Electrosmog EP

Release date: 21 November 2014

Next release coming from Budapest, Hungary and it’s by BDTom with his „Electrosmog” EP. BDTom is a dedicated music collector, producer, remixer, vinyl buyer. In his collection you can find everything from the 70’s Jazz and Funk to deep house hits. After the early techno scene, he voted in favor of the developing Progressive House. His true love, however is Deep House and everything related to it. Soulful, Detroit, Chichago, Tech. His works are highly inspired by old favourites such as Atjazz, Terry Lee Brown Jr., Ian Pooley, The Timewriter, Kerri Chandler, Jimpster, Sven Vath, Fred Everything and more. Nowadays, he is developing his own Deep n Dub style, that is constantly evolving.

And that dub sound of his is presented in the first track „Electrosmog”, a track with hypnotic and mellow chords in the back, builds up the track by clever under basses, sudden breaks with rhythmatic instruments. „Short Shift” uplifts the release a bit, by the dynamic at the starting track, then it goes under a classic deep house dry elements. EP ends with „Chords & Memories” with again, a perfect timed dub techno sound, an imprint of BDTom.
