Dexter Ford - Our Sun Remixes

It's was a little over a year ago that Dexter Ford's Our Sun was released on the summer 2012 edition of Deop. Never in our wildest dreams did we think that this track would be a song that was Championed and played all over the planet by Richie Hawtin, causing the masses the break out into pure euphoria. It not only put the label deep on the map so to speak but it earned Dexter Ford an informal titled validated by Richie as Breakthrough producer of the year. Fast Forward 6 months, February 2013. when we decided to thrown a WMC 2013 sampler consisting of what some of our favorite label picks from inception to date. Of Course, Dexter's Our Sun was yet again front and center and was played out in many events during the conference this year such as Circo Loco's massive pool party shindig which once again put the crowd into a massive state of euphoria as it did 6 months prior. It was then we had decided to compile a remix release to be released this 2013 summer.Fast Forward yet again another 6 months and we are here ready to drop you the final result what we expect to be one of the hard hitting singles for this season.'Our Sun Remixes' is the result of the compiling of four remix productions from some of the artist this label holds in extreme high regard and thought their contribution would heighten up what in our opinion is a deep house masterpiece.First we find two remixes coming from the ladies behind 'Shoes, Bags & Boys' imprint, whom we have been following and supporting consistently for the past few years, with their always innovative, elegant, classy and outright flawless  productions. Two remixes; one by the hands of Ariane Blank melodic and soothing, while a second one by the production trio of ChixUnighted (Ariane Blank, Albena Flores & Indira Boka) more groove oriented.A Third Remix sublime, epic, full of life is delivered by non other then Shawn Rubens, a producer whom should be no stranger to anyone whom have been familiar with the Liquid Label family. Known for channeling his emotions into seamless productions that are quite intricate and has you make an instant connection to his psyche, Shawn yet again connect deeply to all that are fans of his work with his rendition.Last but not least, we had to get the man himself, Dexter Ford to participate and deliver a remix of epic proportions which can be seen as the long awaited second part to the master piece he created a little more then a year ago.
